Whale 02: grilled, rare centre... very tasty. It's softer than filet mignon, juicy, and only a tiny hint of seafood flavour. Not gamey at all. Viewed: 822 times.

Whale 03: kujira nigiri. Prepared in a similar manner to katsuo (bonito): grilled with a raw centre. Very tender, with a sharper flavour than the "cooked" steak from the previous image. I couldn't resist and had two orders. Viewed: 817 times.
