One of the most sensual dishes I've ever had: yukhwe bibimbop. Raw beef marinated in sesame oil and spices, raw egg and garlic on top, sides of various pickled veggies, and fresh steamed rice on top (not shown). Mix it all and eat it with a wooden spoon. Da bestest!
