Sun Solution Center Grand Opening
Sun Solution Centers are these super-cool data centers where you can "try before you buy" anything from the smallest blade server to the largest E25K and everything in between. Sun offers not only the hardware but also makes available such a people as Benoit Chaffanjon, one of the world's Sun and Java performance tuning experts.
Eugene was invited to the grand opening of the new Sun Solution Center at Sun Microsystems' headquarters in Menlo Park, CA, where he learned about their full range of offereings from a simple one-on-one presales consultation to use of the center for proof of concept, benchmarking or performance and scalability testing. Eugene had recently worked with Sun in a scalability project for LeapFrog, and appears in this video at around 00:32.
